Please note that some building amenities may be limited during the off-season. For example, the snack shop and pool bar are open seasonally, typically from Spring Break through Fall Break each year. The outdoor pool underwent renovations in January and February 2021, and similar maintenance may occur during quieter months. The property is also undergoing a multi-million dollar revitalization program through the off-seasons of 2024 and 2025. While all amenities should remain available, scaffolding will be set up as the building's exterior is worked on. There will be periods when the balcony for our unit is inaccessible, though this is expected to last only a few weeks in 2025. We will update the listing with specific dates once they are confirmed, and pricing will reflect these changes accordingly. The parking garage has a maximum ceiling height of 6’10”, so please plan accordingly if you have a larger vehicle. For additional parking, a city-owned pay lot is available next to Laketown Wharf, just a short walk from the building.

During your stay, we’ll provide one parking pass and six wristbands, which is the maximum occupancy for our unit. Please note that all one-bedroom units in the building are limited to one parking pass. However, we offer a dedicated parking spot to ensure you never have trouble finding a space. If you need additional parking, there’s a city-owned surface pay lot next to Laketown Wharf, just a short walk from our building. Your guest wristbands will give you full access to the resort amenities, as well as the beach. The Shores of Panama features one of the best pools in Panama City Beach—a stunning lagoon-style pool with a zero-entry splash area, a huge hot tub, two tiki bars for dining and drinks, a full-service spa, an indoor pool and hot tub, and on-site water sports rentals. Seasonal beachfront and poolfront activities ensure fun for the whole family! Please wear your wristbands throughout your stay, as they use RFID technology for entry to the parking garage, exterior entrances, and the beach.
