The Kingfisher was exactly what it said it was. An historic home. So the place was small, but had the necessary amenities (i.e. full kitchen, internet, washer/dryer, TVs, parking). This place was the perfect location for visiting the USSSA softball tournament, just minutes from the fields. Lots to do in the area, and close to Nashville and the airport. And Wendy was responsive to my texts. Thank you Wendy for making my first B&B a good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Luke and Mackenzie! In town for an ed conference, we were able to seamlessly move to and from the Gaylord, to Broadway, and to more local attractions. The place was spotless, both hosts were immediately communicative as we navigated an absurdly delayed flight, and even offered a late check out. We walked into town and had an amazing meal at The Butcher and the Bee (highly recommend). It was my first time to Nashville, and when we come back, we'll be staying here. Thanks, guys!

The house was absolutely perfect! It was easy to check in, super clean and very comfortable. The stairs for the loft are very steep, but we didn’t use the loft so it didn’t really affect us. Parking was good, getting from the car to the house could use a little refreshing as there’s a huge, beautiful sunflower bush that prevented us from using the sidewalk to roll our suitcases. The hot tub was awesome, the outside space was lovely. If I’m wanting to stay in East Nashville again, I will 100% stay here again.

The view from the 22nd floor was amazing. The balcony was nice, entire condo was clean and bed comfortable. The AC was nice and cool. Decor was light and airy! Love having the keypad and no key. Televisions were good. The kitchen is well stocked . Beach towels provided. Spacious space. Loved it ! Hosts were responsive and we felt very welcome .

It was a great stay, the place was located in a good location 30 min from the city. The place was clean and organized. It was sorrounded by nature and a small river, very relaxing. It was excellent, it would have been even better if it had a jacuzzy. Overall mice experience.
